Skill Share, Networking and Protest Power for the People – Not Profits for the Few Fri 20th – Mon 23rd April 2012

Spend a weekend camping on the beach at Sizewell and learning about the plans for the new nuclear power station. Come and show your opposition to nuclear power, and your support for sustainable energy solutions. The weekend includes a protest at the power station entrance, skill-shares and workshops, woodland and beach walks. Now is the time to take action against nuclear new build – come and join us to say‘Nuclear power – No thanks!

The Camp: Friday 20th – Monday 23rd April Demonstration: Saturday 21st April, Midday at the entrance to Sizewell A and B Workshops and Walks: Saturday and Sunday, at the Camp Chernobyl Remembrance: Sunday 22nd April, 1:00 pm at the Camp

Getting There Sizewell is on the Suffolk Coast, about 8 miles from the A12 and about 100 miles from central London. The nearest train station is Saxmundham, which is 7 miles from Sizewell.
